RETURNS + EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted  for all customers within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please check below to see if your items are eligible for a return.

All returns must be:

• Unworn
• Have no signs of wear or damage
• In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the cost of shipping and for returning the item back to us safely. After we receive your return, the item will be inspected and we will notify the finalisation via your email.

* Please note due to health and safety reasons we do not accept returns  for  Earrings and Hair Accessories.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges between items. Please ensure that you purchase correct items before payment is processed. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days of your item being returned by SUNMUL.
